supervisar su flota de camiones de transporte, incluidas unidades Komatsu 930E, descubriendo fallos mec\u00e1nicos que los sistemas OEM y la sobrecarga de alertas no hab\u00edan detectado. En este caso, el fallo se origin\u00f3 en el sistema de aire y escape del motor. <\/p><p>En este caso, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.razor-labs.com\/es\/datamind-ai-para-flotas-moviles\/\">DataMind AI\u2122<\/a>descubri\u00f3 un comportamiento an\u00f3malo de la combusti\u00f3n en tres cilindros del motor. A pesar de las recientes intervenciones mec\u00e1nicas (sustituci\u00f3n de inyectores e intercambio de culatas), las temperaturas de los gases de escape segu\u00edan siendo inestables. <\/p><p>Es importante destacar que el cilindro 13 mostraba temperaturas de escape anormalmente bajas y err\u00e1ticas, un signo claro de un posible mal funcionamiento del inyector o de una combusti\u00f3n incompleta, y sin embargo hab\u00eda pasado desapercibido.<br\/>El equipo ya hab\u00eda realizado intervenciones en los cilindros 6 y 7 sin darse cuenta de que el problema<br\/>se extend\u00eda m\u00e1s all\u00e1, ya que ninguna alerta del OEM hab\u00eda se\u00f1alado el cilindro 13.<\/p><p>Gracias a la detecci\u00f3n precoz y al razonamiento mec\u00e1nico incorporado, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.razor-labs.com\/es\/datamind-ai-para-flotas-moviles\/\">DataMind AI\u2122<\/a>ayud\u00f3 al equipo a comprender el alcance total del fallo, lo que permiti\u00f3 una intervenci\u00f3n temprana e informada que evit\u00f3 da\u00f1os innecesarios y protegi\u00f3 la salud del
