indicadores de estado del filtro y el rendimiento del sistema del eje trasero en un cami\u00f3n de transporte CAT 793D. El sistema detect\u00f3 dos alarmas de baja presi\u00f3n de lubricaci\u00f3n diferencial, combinadas con numerosas alarmas del interruptor del filtro diferencial que indicaban atascos. <\/p><p class=\"p1\">La telemetr\u00eda de presi\u00f3n mostr\u00f3 una presi\u00f3n diferencial media del lubricante de 780 kPa (112 psi), significativamente por debajo de los 960 kPa (140 psi) recomendados. Las alarmas del OEM confirmaron tanto eventos de baja presi\u00f3n como obstrucciones repetidas del filtro. El sistema de lubricaci\u00f3n del eje trasero, accionado por un motor hidr\u00e1ulico desde la v\u00e1lvula de prioridad de la direcci\u00f3n, suministra aceite al cojinete diferencial y a los mandos finales. Las inspecciones peri\u00f3dicas convencionales no captar\u00edan los eventos transitorios de baja presi\u00f3n entre los intervalos de mantenimiento.   <\/p><p class=\"p1\">Correlacionando el d\u00e9ficit de presi\u00f3n con las alarmas de obstrucci\u00f3n del filtro y el an\u00e1lisis del flujo del sistema, la IA identific\u00f3 que el flujo parcialmente obstruido en el circuito de lubricaci\u00f3n estaba reduciendo la presi\u00f3n por debajo del m\u00ednimo necesario para una lubricaci\u00f3n adecuada de los cojinetes y los mandos finales. La presi\u00f3n de salida de la v\u00e1lvula de prioridad de la direcci\u00f3n, el estado de los tubos internos de los mandos finales y la precisi\u00f3n de los sensores se se\u00f1alaron como posibles factores contribuyentes que requer\u00edan verificaci\u00f3n. <\/p><p class=\"p1\">Mantenimiento inspeccion\u00f3 el sensor de presi\u00f3n e instal\u00f3 un man\u00f3metro para compararlo, verific\u00f3 la presi\u00f3n de la v\u00e1lvula prioritaria a 2650 psi, inspeccion\u00f3 los tubos internos a los mandos finales y realiz\u00f3 una prueba de lubricaci\u00f3n manual. La detecci\u00f3n precoz evit\u00f3 el desgaste acelerado de los cojinetes y el posible fallo del diferencial, lo que supuso un ahorro estimado de 55.000 $ y 2 d\u00edas de inactividad.
