de combustible de los camiones de gran tonelaje pueden pasar de anomal\u00edas el\u00e9ctricas a graves da\u00f1os en el motor si no se detectan. DataMind AI supervisa continuamente los c\u00f3digos de aver\u00eda OEM, las temperaturas de los gases de escape y los registros de mantenimiento de toda la flota, lo que permite la identificaci\u00f3n temprana de los problemas en desarrollo antes de que provoquen un fallo. <\/p><p>En este caso, DataMind AI correlacion\u00f3 varias fuentes de datos de una Komatsu 930E durante un periodo de cinco d\u00edas. Los c\u00f3digos de alarma del OEM revelaron seis fallos del excitador del solenoide en el cilindro 5 (OEM 323, circuito abierto\/cortocircuito o baja tensi\u00f3n) y tres fallos de corriente por debajo de lo normal en el cilindro 8 (OEM 1549). La telemetr\u00eda de la temperatura de los gases de escape en el cilindro 9 mostraba picos err\u00e1ticos que alcanzaban los 1000\u00b0C. Mientras tanto, los registros de mantenimiento confirmaban que no se hab\u00eda realizado ninguna actividad de servicio relacionada, lo que descartaba una intervenci\u00f3n reciente como causa y hac\u00eda que el problema fuera invisible para las rutinas de inspecci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica.   <\/p><p>Al fusionar los patrones de c\u00f3digos de aver\u00eda OEM en los cilindros 5 y 8 con el comportamiento an\u00f3malo de la temperatura de escape en el cilindro 9, DataMind AI identific\u00f3 la causa ra\u00edz como un fallo compartido del mazo de cables del inyector, en lugar de fallos mec\u00e1nicos aislados del inyector. Los picos err\u00e1ticos de EGT de 1.000 \u00b0C eran coherentes con una interrupci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica del suministro de combustible, e indicaban un posible da\u00f1o del termopar en el cilindro 9. <\/p><p>Bas\u00e1ndose en el diagn\u00f3stico precoz, el equipo de mantenimiento inspeccion\u00f3 el arn\u00e9s de inyectores, los conectores y el cableado del termopar EGT, resolviendo el problema antes de que se agravara.
