filtraci\u00f3n del aceite del motor en los camiones de transporte minero pueden acelerar el desgaste interno del motor por la circulaci\u00f3n de aceite contaminado, lo que puede provocar da\u00f1os catastr\u00f3ficos en los cojinetes o los pistones. Detectar la diferencia entre una aut\u00e9ntica restricci\u00f3n de la filtraci\u00f3n y una anomal\u00eda del sensor requiere correlacionar m\u00faltiples se\u00f1ales de presi\u00f3n y el contexto de mantenimiento. DataMind AI supervisa continuamente las tendencias de la presi\u00f3n diferencial del aceite, la presi\u00f3n principal del aceite, los resultados de los an\u00e1lisis del aceite y los registros de mantenimiento en los sistemas de lubricaci\u00f3n cr\u00edticos, lo que permite la detecci\u00f3n precoz de la degradaci\u00f3n de la filtraci\u00f3n antes de que comprometa la integridad del motor.  <\/p><p>En este caso, DataMind AI identific\u00f3 una tendencia anormal al alza en la presi\u00f3n diferencial del aceite del motor de un cami\u00f3n de transporte Komatsu 930E, que aument\u00f3 de niveles normales a 125 kPa entre el 30 de noviembre y el 9 de diciembre, y luego permaneci\u00f3 fija en ese valor. La presi\u00f3n del aceite principal se mantuvo estable en aproximadamente 450 kPa, mientras que los resultados de los an\u00e1lisis de aceite parec\u00edan normales. En particular, el sistema OEM no registr\u00f3 ning\u00fan fallo del eliminador ni ning\u00fan caso de obstrucci\u00f3n del filtro. Una comparaci\u00f3n entre camiones revel\u00f3 que esta unidad mostraba valores de presi\u00f3n diferencial significativamente m\u00e1s altos que otros camiones de la flota, lo que confirm\u00f3 a\u00fan m\u00e1s la anomal\u00eda.   <\/p><p>Al analizar la divergencia entre el aumento de la presi\u00f3n diferencial y la presi\u00f3n estable del aceite principal, combinada con el seguimiento de la se\u00f1al de rango extendido por encima de 200 kPa, DataMind AI identific\u00f3 un problema compuesto: el cami\u00f3n hab\u00eda estado funcionando sin un eliminador (filtro centr\u00edfugo) que funcionara correctamente, y el motor del eliminador existente se encontr\u00f3 da\u00f1ado. La lectura de presi\u00f3n diferencial fija tambi\u00e9n suger\u00eda un posible sensor o componente el\u00e9ctrico que contribu\u00eda al comportamiento an\u00f3malo de la se\u00f1al. <\/p><p>Bas\u00e1ndose en la alerta temprana de DataMind AI, el equipo de la obra realiz\u00f3 un cambio de aceite y filtro del motor el 24 de diciembre, tras lo cual la presi\u00f3n diferencial baj\u00f3 a 98 kPa. Se instal\u00f3 un nuevo eliminador, se sustituy\u00f3 el motor da\u00f1ado del eliminador y se ajust\u00f3 la frecuencia de mantenimiento a 500 horas para las carretillas sin eliminador. Estas acciones espec\u00edficas evitaron posibles da\u00f1os en los cojinetes del motor por una filtraci\u00f3n inadecuada del aceite, evitando unos 2 d\u00edas de paradas imprevistas y ahorrando
