del sistema de aire de sobrealimentaci\u00f3n en los grandes camiones de transporte minero reducen la densidad del aire del motor, aumentan las temperaturas de combusti\u00f3n y aceleran el desgaste de los componentes en m\u00faltiples sistemas del motor. Estos fallos suelen desarrollarse gradualmente y pueden enmascararse cuando los par\u00e1metros individuales permanecen dentro de sus umbrales de alerta. DataMind AI supervisa continuamente las temperaturas del colector de admisi\u00f3n, las presiones de sobrealimentaci\u00f3n del turbocompresor, los indicadores de an\u00e1lisis de aceite y los eventos de alarma OEM en los sistemas cr\u00edticos del motor, lo que permite la detecci\u00f3n precoz de la p\u00e9rdida de eficiencia de refrigeraci\u00f3n antes de que cause da\u00f1os secundarios.  <\/p><p>En este caso, DataMind AI detect\u00f3 m\u00faltiples anomal\u00edas convergentes en un cami\u00f3n de transporte Komatsu 930E. Entre el 2 y el 6 de diciembre, se registraron ocho eventos OEM de baja presi\u00f3n de sobrealimentaci\u00f3n del turbo. A pesar de estas alarmas, las lecturas de presi\u00f3n del turbo se mantuvieron cerca de lo normal, en aproximadamente 260 kPa, y la presi\u00f3n diferencial del filtro de aire se mantuvo estable. Sin embargo, las temperaturas del colector de admisi\u00f3n se elevaron constantemente, alcanzando hasta 76 grados C, muy por encima de lo esperado. La muestra de aceite m\u00e1s reciente mostraba holl\u00edn a 18 ABS, con tendencia al alza pero sin alcanzar a\u00fan el nivel de alarma. Esta combinaci\u00f3n de elevadas temperaturas de admisi\u00f3n con presiones estables del turbo y del filtro descart\u00f3 la restricci\u00f3n del filtro de aire o un fallo del turbo como causa principal.     <\/p><p>Mediante un an\u00e1lisis de se\u00f1ales cruzadas de la elevaci\u00f3n de la temperatura del colector de admisi\u00f3n frente a la presi\u00f3n estable del turbo y la filtraci\u00f3n normal del aire, DataMind AI diagnostic\u00f3 una restricci\u00f3n del sistema de refrigeraci\u00f3n en la trayectoria del aire de sobrealimentaci\u00f3n. Las causas probables identificadas inclu\u00edan grietas en el n\u00facleo o la base del postenfriador, fugas en las juntas del postenfriador o termostatos atascados parcialmente cerrados que reduc\u00edan el flujo de refrigerante a trav\u00e9s del circuito del postenfriador, todo lo cual contribu\u00eda a reducir la eficacia de la refrigeraci\u00f3n del aire de sobrealimentaci\u00f3n. <\/p><p>Bas\u00e1ndose en este diagn\u00f3stico, el equipo del emplazamiento cre\u00f3 una orden de trabajo para una inspecci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica del postenfriador, que inclu\u00eda la verificaci\u00f3n del sensor de temperatura del postenfriador, la inspecci\u00f3n de la contaminaci\u00f3n del refrigerante, la evaluaci\u00f3n del funcionamiento del termostato y la comprobaci\u00f3n de las juntas del postenfriador en busca de desgaste o fugas de aire. Estas acciones proactivas impidieron que el motor se sobrecalentara y se produjeran da\u00f1os por combusti\u00f3n, evitando unos 2 d\u00edas de paradas imprevistas y ahorrando aproximadamente 75.000
