Para mitigar estos riesgos, DataMind AI supervisa continuamente las temperaturas del refrigerante del motor, las temperaturas del aceite, los resultados de los an\u00e1lisis del refrigerante y los registros de mantenimiento, lo que permite la detecci\u00f3n precoz de la degradaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica antes de que se convierta en un fallo. <\/p><p>En este caso, DataMind AI identific\u00f3 un rendimiento de refrigeraci\u00f3n an\u00f3malo en un Komatsu 930E, en el que la temperatura del refrigerante del motor super\u00f3 repetidamente el umbral de alerta alta de 90,56 \u00b0C y la temperatura del aceite del motor tendi\u00f3 cerca del l\u00edmite de alerta de 104,4 \u00b0C durante varias semanas. A pesar de estas se\u00f1ales t\u00e9rmicas de alerta, los an\u00e1lisis del refrigerante arrojaron resultados normales, descartando la degradaci\u00f3n o contaminaci\u00f3n del fluido. Los registros de mantenimiento no mostraban trabajos o eventos relacionados registrados durante este periodo, por lo que el problema era invisible para las rutinas de inspecci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica.  <\/p><p>Al correlacionar el aumento de la temperatura telem\u00e9trica con el an\u00e1lisis normal del refrigerante y la ausencia de actividad de mantenimiento, DataMind AI determin\u00f3 que la causa principal era la saturaci\u00f3n o el fallo de los n\u00facleos del radiador, con una posible restricci\u00f3n en los circuitos del refrigerador de aceite del motor. Un hito de servicio de 5000 horas recientemente completado corrobor\u00f3 a\u00fan m\u00e1s que era necesario sustituir el radiador. <\/p><p>Bas\u00e1ndose en el diagn\u00f3stico precoz, el equipo de la planta inspeccion\u00f3 y limpi\u00f3 los n\u00facleos del radiador y del enfriador de aceite y verific\u00f3 las necesidades de sustituci\u00f3n antes de que el problema se agravara.
