lubricaci\u00f3n del motor en los camiones de transporte mineros pueden degradar silenciosamente la calidad del aceite y acelerar el desgaste interno del motor. Cuando las sustituciones de filtros est\u00e1ndar no consiguen resolver las anomal\u00edas de presi\u00f3n, la causa ra\u00edz suele estar en los componentes de filtraci\u00f3n secundarios que no forman parte de los procedimientos de servicio rutinarios. DataMind AI supervisa continuamente las tendencias de presi\u00f3n diferencial del filtro de aceite, las se\u00f1ales de presi\u00f3n de aceite del prefiltro, los eventos de alarma de los fabricantes de equipos originales y los registros de mantenimiento de toda la flota, lo que permite la detecci\u00f3n precoz de las restricciones de filtraci\u00f3n antes de que comprometan la lubricaci\u00f3n del motor.  <\/p><p>En este caso, DataMind AI detect\u00f3 19 eventos de Presi\u00f3n de aceite de la bomba de combustible del motor por debajo del umbral entre el 12 y el 15 de noviembre en un cami\u00f3n de transporte Komatsu 930E, todos relacionados con la presi\u00f3n de aceite del prefiltro del motor. Durante el mantenimiento preventivo de 250 horas del 13 de noviembre, se limpi\u00f3 el conector del sensor de aceite del prefiltro y se sustituy\u00f3 el prefiltro del motor por obstrucci\u00f3n, pero las alarmas persistieron. Una comparaci\u00f3n en toda la flota de la presi\u00f3n diferencial del filtro de aceite del motor revel\u00f3 que este cami\u00f3n presentaba picos de 100 kPa, significativamente superiores a la media de 40 kPa observada en otros camiones de la flota, lo que confirmaba una aut\u00e9ntica restricci\u00f3n m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del prefiltro.  <\/p><p>Al correlacionar los eventos de alarma persistentes tras la sustituci\u00f3n del filtro est\u00e1ndar con la comparaci\u00f3n de la presi\u00f3n diferencial de toda la flota, DataMind AI se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la causa ra\u00edz era una restricci\u00f3n en el filtro centr\u00edfugo (Spiratec) y no en el prefiltro que ya se hab\u00eda sustituido. La tendencia de la presi\u00f3n del aceite del motor sigui\u00f3 siendo normal, lo que confirm\u00f3 que la restricci\u00f3n estaba localizada en la etapa de filtraci\u00f3n centr\u00edfuga y a\u00fan no hab\u00eda afectado al suministro general de lubricante. <\/p><p>Bas\u00e1ndose en este diagn\u00f3stico, el equipo del emplazamiento inspeccion\u00f3 y sustituy\u00f3 el filtro centr\u00edfugo y verific\u00f3 el sensor de presi\u00f3n de aceite del prefiltro y la integridad del arn\u00e9s. Posteriormente se sustituyeron el aceite y el filtro del motor, y la presi\u00f3n diferencial baj\u00f3, confirmando que se hab\u00eda resuelto la restricci\u00f3n. Estas acciones espec\u00edficas impidieron la contaminaci\u00f3n progresiva del aceite y posibles da\u00f1os en los cojinetes del motor, evitando unos 2 d\u00edas de inactividad imprevista y ahorrando
