degradaci\u00f3n de los sistemas de admisi\u00f3n y escape en los camiones de transporte mineros provoca una combusti\u00f3n incompleta, una formaci\u00f3n excesiva de holl\u00edn y un desgaste acelerado del motor. Cuando varios par\u00e1metros de admisi\u00f3n y escape se deterioran simult\u00e1neamente, los efectos compuestos pueden escalar r\u00e1pidamente hacia el fallo del motor. DataMind AI supervisa continuamente los indicadores de holl\u00edn y combusti\u00f3n del an\u00e1lisis de aceite, las temperaturas del colector de admisi\u00f3n, las presiones de sobrealimentaci\u00f3n del turbocompresor y las presiones diferenciales del filtro de aire en los sistemas cr\u00edticos del motor, lo que permite detectar precozmente la degradaci\u00f3n del flujo de aire antes de que provoque da\u00f1os secundarios.  <\/p><p>En este caso, DataMind AI identific\u00f3 anomal\u00edas convergentes en m\u00faltiples par\u00e1metros del motor de un cami\u00f3n de transporte Komatsu 930E. El an\u00e1lisis del aceite realizado el 14 de octubre revel\u00f3 altos niveles de holl\u00edn en 29 ABS, lo que confirmaba la acumulaci\u00f3n de residuos de combusti\u00f3n excesivos en el aceite del motor. Simult\u00e1neamente, los datos de tendencias de telemetr\u00eda mostraron que las temperaturas del colector de admisi\u00f3n de los cilindros 1 a 4 hab\u00edan descendido, y que las presiones de sobrealimentaci\u00f3n de ambos turbocompresores hab\u00edan disminuido, lo que indicaba una reducci\u00f3n del flujo de aire a trav\u00e9s del sistema de admisi\u00f3n. Estos cambios simult\u00e1neos en la calidad del aceite y en las fuentes de datos t\u00e9rmicos y de presi\u00f3n apuntaban a un problema sist\u00e9mico del flujo de aire y no a un fallo aislado del sensor.   <\/p><p>Al cruzar el elevado nivel de holl\u00edn en el an\u00e1lisis del aceite con el descenso de las temperaturas del colector de admisi\u00f3n y la reducci\u00f3n de las presiones de sobrealimentaci\u00f3n del turbocompresor, DataMind AI diagnostic\u00f3 un flujo de aire restringido o una fuga de presi\u00f3n en los sistemas de admisi\u00f3n y escape. Las causas probables identificadas inclu\u00edan filtros de aire obstruidos, fuelles de admisi\u00f3n o escape da\u00f1ados, o abrazaderas sueltas que causaban fugas de aire que reduc\u00edan la eficacia de la carga y provocaban una combusti\u00f3n incompleta con mayor formaci\u00f3n de holl\u00edn. <\/p><p>Bas\u00e1ndose en este diagn\u00f3stico multifuente, el equipo del emplazamiento inspeccion\u00f3 y sustituy\u00f3 los filtros de aire, comprob\u00f3 si hab\u00eda fugas en los conductos de admisi\u00f3n y escape, y verific\u00f3 los fuelles y las conexiones del turbocompresor. degradaci\u00f3n prematura del aceite, evitando unos <strong>2 d\u00edas<\/strong> de paradas imprevistas y ahorrando aproximadamente <strong> 65.000 $.<\/strong>
