sobrecalentamiento del motor en las cargadoras subterr\u00e1neas tiene graves consecuencias, desde da\u00f1os en la culata y juntas reventadas hasta el bloqueo total del motor, en un entorno en el que la log\u00edstica de recuperaci\u00f3n y sustituci\u00f3n es mucho m\u00e1s compleja que en las operaciones en superficie. DataMind AI supervisa constantemente los par\u00e1metros t\u00e9rmicos del motor y el estado del sistema de refrigeraci\u00f3n, lo que permite una detecci\u00f3n temprana antes de que las temperaturas alcancen niveles cr\u00edticos. <\/p><p>En este caso, DataMind AI detect\u00f3 una tendencia al alza constante en la temperatura del l\u00edquido refrigerante del motor de una cargadora GHH LHD, con valores que se acercaban repetidamente al umbral de alarma bajo carga. Al mismo tiempo, las temperaturas del colector de admisi\u00f3n estaban elevadas y el ciclo de funcionamiento del ventilador de refrigeraci\u00f3n ya estaba casi al m\u00e1ximo, lo que indicaba que el sistema funcionaba a plena capacidad pero no consegu\u00eda mantener el control t\u00e9rmico. El an\u00e1lisis del l\u00edquido refrigerante arroj\u00f3 resultados normales, lo que descart\u00f3 la degradaci\u00f3n del l\u00edquido.  <\/p><p>Al cruzar los datos de la carga del ventilador de refrigeraci\u00f3n, la evoluci\u00f3n de la temperatura del l\u00edquido refrigerante y la temperatura de admisi\u00f3n, la IA de DataMind identific\u00f3 como causa principal una disminuci\u00f3n de la capacidad de disipaci\u00f3n de calor del radiador. La combinaci\u00f3n de un funcionamiento m\u00e1ximo del ventilador con un efecto de refrigeraci\u00f3n insuficiente, junto con un estado normal del l\u00edquido refrigerante, es un indicio diagn\u00f3stico de un radiador con problemas mec\u00e1nicos, probablemente debido a la acumulaci\u00f3n de incrustaciones o a la contaminaci\u00f3n externa que bloquea las superficies de transferencia de calor. <\/p><p>Tras la alerta de DataMind AI, el equipo de la planta revis\u00f3 el radiador y encontr\u00f3 una acumulaci\u00f3n importante de cal en las superficies internas.
