en el sistema de frenos de las cargadoras subterr\u00e1neas que operan en rampas y pendientes suponen tanto un riesgo para la seguridad como un reto de mantenimiento. La p\u00e9rdida gradual de presi\u00f3n es dif\u00edcil de detectar solo a partir de lo que nota el operario hasta que el fallo se agrava. DataMind AI supervisa constantemente las presiones del sistema de frenos y el estado de los circuitos hidr\u00e1ulicos, lo que permite identificar a tiempo los fallos incipientes antes de que afecten a la seguridad operativa.  <\/p><p>En este caso, DataMind AI detect\u00f3 una disminuci\u00f3n progresiva de la presi\u00f3n de frenado en una cargadora LHD de Epiroc, que se correspond\u00eda con un aumento en las lecturas de temperatura de los frenos. La tendencia de la presi\u00f3n mostr\u00f3 una ca\u00edda constante a lo largo de varios turnos de trabajo, un patr\u00f3n que no habr\u00eda activado una alarma de umbral convencional, pero que DataMind AI identific\u00f3 como estad\u00edsticamente an\u00f3malo en comparaci\u00f3n con los datos hist\u00f3ricos de la m\u00e1quina. El aumento de la temperatura de los frenos durante el funcionamiento normal confirm\u00f3 que los frenos se activaban parcialmente durante la marcha.  <\/p><p>Al analizar la ca\u00edda simult\u00e1nea de presi\u00f3n y el aumento de temperatura, DataMind AI identific\u00f3 la causa principal como un deterioro del circuito de frenos, probablemente debido al desgaste del regulador de holgura o a una obstrucci\u00f3n en el conducto hidr\u00e1ulico que provocaba un desembrague incompleto de los frenos. La fricci\u00f3n parcial de los frenos genera calor y acelera el desgaste de las pastillas, lo que acaba provocando un fallo total de los frenos o da\u00f1os en las pastillas. <\/p><p>Tras la alerta de DataMind AI, el equipo de mantenimiento revis\u00f3 el circuito de frenos, localiz\u00f3 y sustituy\u00f3 un regulador de holgura desgastado y purg\u00f3 el conducto hidr\u00e1ulico.
