Director of Strategic Accounts
About The Position
Razor Labs is looking for a Director of Strategic Accounts to join our growing team.
This is a high-impact leadership role that combines full responsibility for managing key global clients, driving customer success, leading account management, and promoting upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities. You will be responsible for the long-term success, satisfaction, and growth of multi-million-dollar accounts, serving as the primary interface between Razor Labs and its strategic clients.
Once strategic alignment is in place, you will lead the implementation of complex technical projects, ensuring successful delivery of Razor Labs’ industrial AI solutions across multiple geographies.
The role involves frequent international travel to maintain a consistent on-site presence at industrial client locations.
Serve as the owner of the client relationship – across executive, operational, and technical stakeholders. Ensure clients receive continuous value and long-term ROI from Razor Labs’ solutions. Identify and promote upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities in partnership with the business team. Build and maintain trust-based, consultative relationships with clients managing multi-million-dollar annual engagements. Manage contract adherence, renewals, and SLA compliance in coordination with internal stakeholders. Translate client needs into actionable technical and project plans in collaboration with internal teams. Lead the implementation of AI-powered software and hardware solutions, ensuring delivery meets scope, budget, and timeline. Track KPIs and milestones throughout the implementation lifecycle and proactively manage risks and escalations. Collaborate with engineering, product, and project management teams to ensure full alignment on client objectives. Conduct regular site visits to oversee deployment and engage with field teams and client operations.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Program Delivery for technical, industrial, or project-based clients.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-value enterprise clients with annual engagements of $1M+.
- Proven track record of driving client retention, growth, and satisfaction across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong familiarity with managing hardware-software hybrid solutions in real-world industrial settings.
- Global experience working with multinational clients — including field presence and remote coordination.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — able to navigate business, technical, and field-level conversations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- A background in mechanical or industrial engineering is a strong plus.
- Willingness and flexibility for frequent international travel.
