Implementation & Customer Success Manager
About The Position
At Razor Labs, we are redefining how mining operations leverage AI to prevent failures and optimize performance across mobile fleets.
This role sits at the core of our product value- translating DataMind AI insights into real operational impact.
As an Implementation & Customer Success Manager, you will own the critical “last mile”: ensuring that every system insight is understood, acted upon, and converted into measurable business value.
You will work closely with mining clients across Africa, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, bridging between advanced AI-driven analytics and real-world operational constraints- from deployment through continuous value realization.
This is a highly customer-facing, technical role focused on client ownership, stakeholder management, and ongoing value delivery, with implementation as a supporting component.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders, including senior operational, maintenance, and management teams
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, ensuring alignment on goals, expectations, and system impact
- Lead regular customer engagements, including status updates, value reviews, and executive-level discussions
- Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle post-deployment, ensuring continuous value delivery and long-term success
- Translate DataMind AI insights into clear, actionable recommendations and ensure full closure
- Drive continuous value measurement, including ROI tracking, avoided failures, cost savings, and operational improvements
- Maintain structured value documentation and proactively communicate measurable impact to stakeholders
- Identify operational constraints, adoption gaps, and client-side limitations, and drive solutions accordingly
- Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Data, Integration) to ensure effective delivery and resolution of client needs
- Support implementation, onboarding, and system adoption processes across mobile fleet environments
Requirements
- Strong experience in technical customer-facing roles (Customer Success / Technical Account Manager / Project Manager)
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and complex client relationships
- Strong background in mining and mobile fleet operations
- Deep understanding of mobile fleet operations and maintenance workflows
- Experience with condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or reliability engineering
- Ability to translate complex technical insights into clear business and operational value
- Proven experience managing client engagements in complex, industrial environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional collaboration
